The things worth knowing before you pick a contractor.
- How long does a bathroom take?
- A standard full gut bathroom runs about two to three weeks once materials are on site. Kitchens usually run four to six weeks depending on cabinetry lead times.
- Do you give free estimates?
- Yes. Send photos and rough dimensions, or we walk the space with you. You get a written scope and price with no obligation.
- Can I live in the house during the work?
- In most cases yes. We seal off the work area, protect the floors and keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen usable wherever the schedule allows.
- Do you handle permits and inspections?
- Yes, when the work calls for it. We file, schedule and meet inspectors so the paperwork is not your problem.
- Can you help with design before we build?
- We plan layouts, pick finishes with you and produce 3D renderings so you see the room before demolition starts.
- What if you find something behind the wall?
- It happens, usually old wiring or water damage. We stop, show you the photos, price the fix and let you decide before we continue.
- What areas do you cover?
- The Bronx first, plus Manhattan, Westchester and the nearby boroughs when the schedule works.
